- 75% Elite Modular Homes will manufacture, install, fully furnish and manage the modular home and retain 75% of the rental for 6 years.
- 6 YEARS - After 6 years the Home/Land Owner will take full ownership of the modular home and the full rental income.
License Agreement - No Finance required, generate income immediately. In 6 years take full ownership
